Absolutely Fabulous? I know its's old, but I LOVE it. Just wondering how popular it was over there in its hey-day.

I caught an episode on Comedy Central (U.S. channel) about 7 years ago and fell in love. I love that quick wit and physical humor, no one can do it like you Brits!

It was very popular, Jennifer Saunders is a big favourite in UK along with her funnier partner, Dawn French. Even though dawn wasn't in it it was still hugely funny with a plethora of celebrities queueing to get on it. If you lie Jennifer you'll love Dawn. If you get the chance watch "the vicar of Dibley" it's double the laughs of Ab Fab, and also try and get hold of any "French and Saunders" stuff, when they are together they are infinitely better than they are singularly, which is quite a feat. :D

It is a great show. It still has re-runs many times here and I do wish they would return and make another series. They are all wonderful characters in the programme and the one portrayed by Jennifer Saunders do exist in the fashion industry!!

It was absolutely fabulous darling.
The funniest episode for me was when they did a modelling job in Paris.

Ab Fab is just as good as it's name. I really loved it! Made me laugh so much and i still watch the re-runs when they are on TV!
As i remember it was a very popular.

I'm Irish and it was a major hit over here as well ,everyone loved it Joanna lumley is so funny and beautiful

Did not find that show funny at all. Jennifer Saunders running around flapping her arms for half an hour...yawn!

It was very Popular. they don't show it so much any more and stopped making anymore.
