So many of the things I hear from them goes so far beyond politics, government or reality. Its truly bizarre.

There are a lot of overly-opinionated people in the Politics section. I remember one guy who was calling people traitors, and then calling for violent overthrow of the government. There are also a few who parrot party planks, but that's expected. What was scariest for me was on election night '06, the callers to CNN were saying things like 'kids today have no respect, its time for a change, so I voted democrat'! As if the government could make kids behave!

Do the things you hear from them go as far beyond politics or government as the rants we STILL hear from conservatives about Bill Clinton's sex life? The man's been out of office for almost a decade, for goodness sake! Can't they find something else to rail on about?

I'd credit their behavior to many things. Immaturity. Naivety. Victims of indoctrination by the liberal media and academia.
My main theory is that are driven mostly by pacifism. Cowards all.

I've never met an extreme Bush hater. I know lots and lots of intelligent patriotic Americans who can't stand his policies though.
