lifting weights will give you more muscle and make your arms look more toned hence bigger larger arms....and eat lots of protein
excercises help alot pullup ,push ups ,and bicep curls

Be happy as you are. If ur like me i never gain weight I can eat whatever and not gain a pound or look fatter. (i am a lazy bum who sits infront of tv or computer.)

work out your biceps with 10-25 lb. weights.
