The best movie about Rock N Roll is definitely:
This is Spinal Tap. Almost Famous is good too. Those are more for adults than School of Rock was. That was a pretty good movie though.

Well, the "School of Rock" wasn't really a rock movie to me because it added a variety of flavor, I enjoyed that movie, but my favorite is:
"The Wiz"(1978)
Rock n Roll:
"Eddie and the Cruisers" (1983)
"Grease 2" (1982)
