cold-cold...the first temp [warm in warm-cold] refers to the wash cycle temperature and the second refers to the rinse cycle. Most things that should be washed in cold should also be dried on low or just hung to air dry. The dryer does most of the shrinking.

Cold - cold for the first wash, and dry on low or hang dry. If you forget after a while, the warm-cold won't hurt it at all.

Cold cold and use tide for cold water. As for drying I would say hang it to dry the first couple of times and once you have it "broke in" and comfy then dry it on med heat. It may shrink it a tiny bit but that may give it a "new fit" feel.

Use cold/cold. The reason? most hoodies are made of cotton, which will shrink with too much heat.

You can put it in the dryer, but dry on low heat. It will take longer, but too much heat will make it shrink. Put a dry bath towel in the dryer with it to distribute the weight better and make it dry faster.

It means cold-cold, but I still use warm-cold cause I'm convinced it works better. Air dry it if you're worried about it shrinking but don't hang dry it cause it'll stretch out.
