i havnt gone through what your are but alot of my friends have ... 1st off unless you use drugs or have a bad history with the police the corts WILL grant you your son second do you love this man does he love you???
ask him this question...

if you love somone when do you know enough is enough?
(enough of fighting breaking up ect.)

i live off that question because THERE IS a right answer ... NEVER
if he gives you another answer other then never hes stupid or doesnt love you but always try and fix things befor you end it i grew up my whole life with out a father and yes it is HARD but i always had people there for me!
please try and fix things be4 you just give upª

hope i helped and good luck hun you´ll be ok no matter what your decision is ... just dont ever burn any bridges!

Why would you lose your son if you and your boyfriend broke up? Most courts award physical custody to Mothers not the Fathers....unless you are a drug user, or have some other major deficiency.
But staying just because you have a child together when things are not working isn't fair to any of you.

See if there is "legal aid" or something like it for low-income people in your area. You would need to talk to a lawyer about custody arrangements and that kind of stuff. But, just because your relationship with the father of your child isn't working, that does NOT mean you'll lose your child if you leave. A lot of family courts tend to grant custody of a child your son's age to the mother.

Also, if you have a good relationship with your family, this would be a good time to call on them for emotional support.

Why would you have to lose your son? If anything he is the one losing his son. I won't answer about any more because i can not possibly know what you are going through, but i wish you the best of luck. Don't make decisions based on your son. Do it for you, find the best guy you can to make you happy.
