what were some of the symtoms you felt before going into labour.... im feeling extremely sick to my stomach, i cant keep anything down, and im light headed and getting some cramps... is this normal??? what did you feel????

The only things I really remember is being very agitated and feeling like I had to poop.(TMI, I know) I tried to go for 6 hours and then I realized something else was probably going on. I have heard of people describing some symptoms like yours, but everyone is different. Good Luck!

All this could be a sign. There are many different signs. The one I looked for was baby didn't move for 24hours. Then I knew my time was near. I had back pain and found out I had been in "mild" labor, is there such a thing?, for 2 weeks before my first one was born. If your symptoms persist for more than 24 hours, check with your doc to make sure you aren't sick or something.

For me I basically had regular cramps (that were becoming more frequent and painful) and a lot of loose bowel movements. I also threw up 3 times during the beginning of my labour.
Another thing was that I had lost my mucous plug and my water did break.

Nausea was common through all my labors and light cramping is a start as well. Keep hydrated, well rested and in touch with your ob office, but you won't deliver for another day....good luck!!

I felt like I had to go to the bathroom but nothing would come out. My back was in agonizing pain....I felt nauseous and couldn't stand the smell of food.
