What attracts the most in men and women from eachother not physically?

Communication: verbal and non verbal. But this works both ways. It can be the basis of attraction as well as repulsion.

Personality contrasts. If you fill in my blanks, and I fill in yours, we have a good basis for attraction. If we are too similar, we tend to conflict.
