Most AMD K6's were about 266-300Mhz.
Not rocket ships by any means, but as long as you keep win98 on it, its alright for word processing, e-mail, etc.

Here's a simple way for you to find out what you have in your pc.
Go to: http://www.belarc.com
Download and install their "Advisor" utility.
When it runs it will generate a substantial report about almost everything on your PC including your hardward and software.
