How old are you?
Are you healthy?
Is it a new partner?
Are you on any meds?
All of these can be factors.

The early ejaculation just is another great unsolved disease of the millennium. Most probably it will have genetic factor, but the main cause is due to the mind (brain) while emotions and sensitivity are commons characteristics of the ill-fated!
As well it's impossible to change some natural feature so there isn't any treatment yet for the early orgasm. The only advice i can do is to find the right partner for your capacity.

Your cardiovascular system is weak. You need to exercise.
I'd be your trainer, but I'm too far away. Just hit the cardio every other day for twenty minutes and build it up to where you can do cardio for an hour every day.
Your blood will be pumping good and strong, and so will you, if you know what I mean.
