First of all, the first person to answer this is right, these are easy to find if one reads the book.
Anyway...
1. Who is Dain? Dain was Thorin's cousin, who became King of the Lonely Mountain after Thorin died. He had lived in the Iron Hills during that period of time the dwarves abandoned the mountain to the dragon.
2. Who fought in the Battle of the Five Armies, and on what side did they fight? Orcs (called goblins) and the Wargs fought against Men, Elves, and Dwarves (who were the good guys).
3. Where was Thorin buried and with what? Thorin was buried deep under the Lonely Mountainwith the Arkenstone on his breat and Orcrist on his tomb.
4. What two dwarves died defending Thorin? Fili and Kili, his nephews.
5. What remuneration did Bilbo receive for helping the dwarves? As part of his reward for helping the dwarves defeat the dragon, Thorin Oakenshield gave Bilbo a mail coat made of the rare metal mithril. He also received his share of the treasure, and he picked up the treasure from the trolls on his way home as well.
