I have resolved to quit at least 25 times in my life. ONCE I actually did, for about 3 months and like a damn fool I started again. If you have failed, don't fret. It is extremely tough addiction to break.
They should include a smoking place like they have places for heroin addiction, etc. and insurance should pay for it like substance abuse. Nicotice is a substance too. I would go check myself into one. LOL

About 3 years ago I made this resolution. It lasted until January 3rd.

I quit making resolutions now and have given up smoking without the pressure and deadline of a resolution.

I tried again this year. Im down to 1-3 cigs day which isnt that bad but I know, Im still smoking. Worst part is if I have a drink, then I smoke like 5 or more.
Therefore my answer is no I wasnt able to do it.

I have never smoked, and I never plan to. I made a resolution to not play the somputer as much, but as you can see, I have failed yet again.
