This is a worm and it replicates itself. You need a spyware remover like SpyBot, and Ad-Aware. Leave the registry alone, as well as msconfig and remove the bad stuff. You can get both SpyBot and Ad-Aware free from download.com.
http://www.download.com/

Download and install them, then get their latest updates. In SpyBot, immunize the computer first, then run a bot check and remove whatever it finds by using the Fix Selected Problems tab.
In Ad-Aware, run a full system scan and remove everything it finds. Keep them both updated and run them often and you'll keep this kind of stuff off your computer.

I recommend the use of the Windows startup manager http://www.neosoft-tools.com/windows-startup-manager.htm
It disables any startup programs and fully controls startup by selecting the programs to be launched, while customizing the startup settings (ie how often and when programs should be launched, etc).

Start>Run>Msconfig>uncheck them under startup

or to make sure they never come up again

Start>Run>MSCONFIG>go to startup and see what their address is in the registry

Start>RUN>REGEDIT>Go to their address in the registry, remove the entries then rename the files and restart. if you get no errors, feel free to delete them
