Good coach, but not a particularly nice guy.

There was no excuse for shoving that cameraman last week - those guys are something every coach has to deal with, and Belichick knows better.

I can forgive the lame interview, given that I'm sure BB was an emotional wreck, but it was wrong to blow off Manning the way he did. Manning has praised Belichick and the Pats numerous times, and it would have been nice to see Belichick reciprocate a little of that same kind of class.

I read Halberstam's book on Belichick, and I think BB is just a complicated, somewhat hard person. I'm not sure about his motivations, but he could definitely work a little harder at being a good guy.

To the idiot that wrote about how he ran to the locker room:
Perhaps I was imagining it when I saw him hugging Tony Dungy in the middle of the field with blue and white confetti going all over the two of them.

Perhaps I also imagined the SEVERAL occaisions I saw the interview with Manning after the game when he praised the class of the Patriots organization from top to bottom calling them over and over again "a top notch organization".

To the comment about shoving the cameraman:
He was trying to get to Mangini to congratulate him on a well-fought playoff game (not what I would be doing if I hated the guy) The cameraman was in his face, and blocking him from doing so. How else was he supposed to get through? It was a total mob scene.

Jealousy is a dish better never served.

What a total pathetic clown......
......that I would love to have coach my team.

Yeah, he's a jerk to people. Who the hell cares? I wouldn't want to talk to a sideline reporter going into the half and I'd want to get off the field after dropping a playoff game I should've won.

He's simply a guy that wants to coach football and be left alone. It's unrealistic, but so be it.

Nobody said that a GOOD COACH has to be a NICE GUY. You can't fault him for winning 3 SBs but for being a little bit of a jerk...maybe.

Brushing Off Pretty Boy Peyton Manning was great though.

I think he couldn't believe that Brady threw the pick at the end of the game and that he lost to who he did....the colts...

Normally any other coach would congratulate the other team...but apparently Bill had other things to do...like go cry in the locker room.

He is like a spoiled brat who did not get his way. He is arrogant and a sore loser. Have fun watching the SB with the rest of us Billy Boy.

He's a sore loser and a big baby. Who the hell really wants to see the Pats in another Superbowl, anyway? Boring!

A successful one.
He is arrogant, he was that way in Cleveland, NY, and with the Pats. But, you almost have to be that way to be an NFL coach.

I still have a lot of respect for him solely as a coach, but he is so...unclassy
