Stress is a tricky thing. In small doses it can serve us well, believe it or not. It prompts adrenaline and motivation. However, too much stress can leave us feeling frazzled, upset, and downright exhausted. The best way to avoid this is to stop and realize that you are in control of you emotions; they are not in control of you. Make a point to proceed with focus and calm to avoid the stress snowball effect.

Then when the stress dies down, look back honoestly and try to see if there was anything you could have done to prevent the stress from happening in the first place. Perhaps a deadline could have been met earlier, or a problem could have been nipped in the bud before it became a huge issue. Remember that for next time.

Everybody has stress in their lives, some is good and too much is bad. If you work, take a walk at lunch time. Go to a gym after work. Find a buddy to walk with and/or exercise with. Go see a funny movie. Do something that you enjoy, include some type of fun activity in your every day life to cut back on the daily stresses of your day.

Go to the gym for a good workout, get a message, get a manicure and pedicure, go for long walk, watch a funny movie or watch one of the celebrity reality shows (Hogan Knows Best, Celebrity Fit Club, The Surreal Life Games, etc) and realize you're no where near as pathetic and way better than these attention-starved, has been celebrities!

Pray for relief from stress....if something in your life is stressing you out (like a job, sports, hobby, et cetera), consider not doing it, or cutting down on it. Watch some comedy shows, get a nice massage, listen to one of your favorite CDs, call a friend and laugh and talk about all the things going on in your life.

A good cardio workout and sex are both great stress-relievers from the energetic, blow-off-steam end of the spectrum. On the opposite end, long bubble baths, a good massage, and curling up on the couch with a feel-good movie are great for relaxing.

Stress Relief can be varied. It depends on what you like to do. I like to listen to music or take a long drive by myself with the radio blasting. Sex is also a great aerobic excercise and relieves stress also.

Myself, I work out my stress with loving my wife, the batting cages and hitting sandbags. Really bad days have me doing a combination of some if not all the above.

Just go somewhere isolated and let out a big ole SCREAM! Scream like your life depended on it and then DO IT AGAIN. Do it until you break out laughing. Your stress will let up for a while ;-) good luck

Take a nap and a long bath while listening to your favorite music. Then donate some money to the CFF (Crimson Fox Fund).
