i think the women deserve there rights which they are entitled to and they deserve there freedom as well women are very beautiful and they deserve respect as well speaking as a man you ladies deserve the very best of all love and respect that is very true

Well, I don't now where freedom is any different than for males and legally women should have the same rights. I think the matter of equal pay fro equal work is lacking in many companies, espcially in some of the smaller ones.
