You'd have to ask your manager, but I think thongs (shoes) would be just fine at a beach shop...it fits with the whole scheme of it.
Unlike the morons I see wearing them at Abacrombie and Fitch.

at a beach shop, yes, I would think the SHOES would be fine...lol...
anywhere else, I don't think either would be appropriate, esp. when girls let the top of the thong show with those hip riding jeans.

they're both fine...especially at a beach shop. at an office job thong shoes wouldn't be so appropiate.
