My heat pump, stopped blowing warm air. The Blue Light, was on, and my house was getting colder. So I turned it up to 80 degrees. My house, still was getting colder. There was still air coming through my vents, but it was cold air. So I went outside, to look at my Unit, and it wasn't even running.

So, I thought maybe it will work in A/C mode, I turned it to A/C mode, and the outside unit, still will not come on. Can someone help?

A heat pump is a a/c unit in reverse. If the unit is not coming on: low on freon, power problems, thermostat problems. Most likely low on freon.

Call a tech.

Heat pumps don't put out warm air immediately, and the air that is warm is still pretty cool. Turning up your t-stat won't make it work any faster.

Did you check the fuses on the outside unit? That is about all a
nonprofessional can do.

before calling repair tech, check breaker in the breaker box to see if it isnt triggered to off. the thermostat control could be stuck too.
