That question was answered in "Finding Nemo"

The average life expectancy of a sea turtle is 70 - 80 years.

He said he was over 100 though

Depends the turtle. Bear in mind that the majority of sea turtles are killed in infancy. If they live to grow to full size, the natural lifespan of a leatherback turtle is thought to be something like 50 years.

Actually, no one really knows. There is a lot about these animals we don't know anything about. We don't know where the babies hide in the ocean and manage to breathe when they need to without getting eaten. We don't know where most species mate. We don't know much about migration or movement patterns.

We especially don't know much about their aging processes. We GUESS that they hit 100 pretty routinely, and some studies seem to bear that out, but for all we know these guys could rarely survive past 70, or regularly hit 200.
