Activated carbon insoles - Odour eaters. Try to buy shoes of all natural construction, breathable materials. Whenever you get the chance, air your feet, the bacteria which causes odour love hot damp conditions, airing your feet will give them the opportunity to dry out. As you've said you wash your feet, have you tried tea tree oil? Nice smell and good riddance to the bugs!! Best of luck!!

The smell is not always caused by your shoes. Try soaking your feet in 1 cup bleach and half a bath of water make sure the water is hot it will kill any bacteria living under you skin. Only soak for 20 min.

OH! I remember reading something like this somewere! Uh ok...it has something to do with the bacteria on your foot....and in the shoe. Yeah sounds kinda sick? well it is the bacteria that is making the smell....kill the bacteria. Using a anti-bacteria spray on the inside of your shoe might work...if it doesn't get your shoes cleaned. And if that doesn't work...time for new shoes.

Cut the foot of an old pair of tights and fill with coffee granuals, tie the other end of the tights so the coffee dosent spill out and place this in your trainer preferably near the toe piece in the trainer, do this overnight and by the morning the coffee granuals should draw the smell in.
Hope this helps!!

The shoes will smell if they are old. You could try putting an old sock filled with cat litter in each shoe, it then elimates the smell.

find some comfortable shoes you like, then just buy 2 pairs...then just alternate pairs of shoes daily..........put a little mark from a sharpie pen inside the shoes of one pair so they don't get mixed up.
