you had sex with her and now you want to dump her???
but to answer your question, no, love is not a crime and it is the best thing that can ever happen to anyone
and it is more than just "passion" you sound like you like her not love her. you may just love her body or her face
but you don't seem to love her all the way through
besides if you really "loved" her the way you think you do you would never stop waiting for her, you would wait FOREVER for her if that's how long it would take
i know i have waited for this guy for almost 7 years....

Unless her coldness is just to tease you there is nothing to worry about. Try to be rather cold and watch her reaction. If the winter continues better go somewhere else for the spring.
