Eggs were around before there were chickens, even before there were birds.
Trees were around long before there were apples as we know them.
Baby or adult is a little harder. I think the term baby refers to animals only, whereas a tree or other plant can have an adult phase, so I would have to go with baby, even though it sounds counterintuitive.

Well what is your religion? I assuming you don't have one if you have to ask the question. If you believe in a higher being and in consequently in the theory of Creation, then you answer is chicken and tree. The Bible never references Adam as a child, so I will assume adult.
If you do believe in Creationism and/or God, then what ever theory you uphold as the beginning of time should yield you your answer. I single celled organism. Which is more believable?

I believe God made the chicken first. He made adult first (Adam, then Eve), and the tree came before the fruit.

OK if you believe in the god of Moses. the then chicken, adult, and Tree came first. god made plants, not fruit. god made animals not eggs, cubs, etc...and god made Adam and eve not baby Adam and baby eve. so if you believe in that god then that is your answer other wise who knows.
