Should I tell someone?

Some of the boys in my class write me offensive nasty notes asking me if they can stare at my body parts and they try to sit on my head so their balls can be on it and they touch my butt and breasts i am fed up how can i stop this if i tell they will call me a snitch for the rest of my life

Ok, first of all, that's sexual harassment and you don't have to put up with it. And second...who cares if they call you a snitch...sticks and stones baby.....I would tell, that's wrong and they can't treat girls like that the rest of their lives!!

Tell those boys to stop in a clear and direct manner. If they have, or if they continue to bother you like that, that's sexual harassment and they can be in SERIOUS trouble for it. If you want to try to handle it yourself, tell them about sexual harassment and how they're digging their own graves.

Ugh. I'm sorry you have to go through all that. But you know, more than being thought of as a snitch, there are adults all around you (your teachers, your counselors, your principal, etc.) who are concerned about making a safe environment for school, and they are the best people to help you out.

If you don't like that idea, I'd suggest the next time you get one of those nasty notes, call them out loudly in class. You could say, "STOP WRITING THESE NASTY NOTES, SO-AND-SO" or "THIS IS SEXUAL HARASSMENT." And it will come to the attention of your teacher.

These punks need to learn a lesson. Good luck teaching them that. Again, rely on the adults around you, too, ok?

You should DEFINITELY tell someone such as a trusted teacher, school counselor or principle. This is harassment and if you allow it to continue the boys might get bolder and actually attack you. It is time to draw the line. This is completely unacceptable behavior. Plus, the school staff will have been trained to handle this sort of thing so you should trust them to do their jobs properly.

If the teachers can't stop it you should report it to the police. Touching you like that is legally sexual assault. Handcuffs should be a sufficient wake up call if detention doesn't work. And you know what? Take up martial arts or a self-defense call just in case. Be Safe and Good Luck.

I' sorry this is happening to you, but boys are very immature and they think stupid stuff like this is funny. It's NOT!

Don't take any more notes from them or take them and rip them up before you read them. Try ignoring them altogether. They are just trying to get a reaction out of you. What they are doing is harassment and if it continues, then you DEFINITELY should tell an adult. They could keep at it or even elevate the level of harassment against you and you have to stop it before it gets any worse.

Be careful and try ignoring them COMPLETELY - do not read any more notes. If that doesn't work, then report them immediately. Good luck and be safe.

You need to tell someone, who cares what they think. And if anyone calls you a snitch for that then they are not worth being friends with. You should not have to feel uncomfortable because of these PERVS.

Wow. Who cares if you're a snitch? This is sexual harassment, hun. It's just as unfun as it sounds like. Have some self respect and tell an adult. Tell them that you are being sexually harassed by your fellow peers, and that you would like someone to speak to them. Also, ask them to keep you anonymous, maybe say that a friend told on them.

too tell you the truth i don't care if anyone calls me snitch. i want to be respected if this happens to me i would tell a teacher or someone. a wise man once said that if you are respected your somebody and if not your nobody. i really think you should tell somebody.

This sort of thing happened to me. Expect the boys actually took there package out and put it on my desk. So I told my mom and she came to the school. They were upset but so what your there to learn. Tell so you can do good in school. The boy and I became good friends later on.

You should definitely tell someone that is absolutely degrading and should not be tolerated. You need to go to a teacher of the principal and have something done about this right away.
