I don't hate Texas.

but I can understand how we get a bad rep.

I lived in Texas for 7 years. (Dallas area)

While I made some really great friends, the majority of the people I encountered on a daily basis were closed minded bigots. If they weren't total racists, then they tried to convert me to their religion.

No thanks. Austin is alright, but too damn hot.
