Normally he would be referred as ex-President He will be called First Man.
Mr. B. Clinton is an active social worker having dynamic personality. He will select his own role to serve the nation.

he would be called what he is, Mr. President, that is his title.
so we will have a Mrs and Mr President.
looks like Mrs bush will be called the "last first lady" soon
