My mum has taken over two franchises and I am looking for a decent computer programme to design posters, menus, brochures, etc.

Can anyone recommend one to me which is easy to use.

I do have good computer knnowledge but just don't know of many programmes which are specifically for this.

If you don't have an all consuming hate for Microsoft, then Microsoft Publisher is good.

By the way you spell program as programme, I'm guessing you're English...so here's Amazon.co.uk's page for it.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Microsoft-805529555327-Office-Publisher-2003/dp/B0000BZ54Q/sr=8-1/qid=1169578202/ref=pd_ka_1/202-0470505-3205458?ie=UTF8&s=software

It's definitely worth it. It couldn't be easier. Most everything is done in frames which are very easy to reposition, and they have some premade templates and wizards to create the type of brochure and menus you want.

The industry standards that graphic designers use are: Adobe Indesign, and Quark Xpress. These are not the easiest programs if you're not familiar to layout programs. They also tend to be really expensive. Otherwise, you might want to try your local print shop, and see what they can do for you. best of luck

Use Adobe photoshop CS2 or macromedia fireworks. Both are more than capable for design and print modules.
