rencently i just found out that i am leaking, my mom told me to get a pad but i have no idea which is good.
i am new to this so please help me in this.

my period comes, sometimes average sometimes overnight. how how????????

I prefer always ultra thin, they are wider and they tend to be able to hold more liquid. And they aren't too thick so it doesn't feel like a diaper plus it offers a lot of protection against leakage.. They have a few sizes and you can choose whichever one according to your flow(regular, super, overnight) I suggest you get the ones with wings.

always or kotex are two pretty good brands. For nighttime try always overnights, they are good for heavy periods at night.

I used the Always overnights after I had my daughter, so that can tell you that they are good. Also they have little wipes attached to them now! =)

always. try the thin ones in the green wraper.
they work pretty well.
