No, I doubt they will return him to the show since he went coo coo for cocoa nuts. They might have him in the reunion show but I doubt he'll come back. Would you want to come back after losing it on the show? Plus maybe he figured out that New York is really a drag queen and decided to jump ship before he/she wanted to spend the night with him.
