What processer speed is good for running multiple intense applications?

1.4? 1.8? 2.0? Or better?

Or is it RAM that matters? I like to have internet radio, real-time gaming and Y messenger all at once.

the cheapest pc's dell sells today are $250 to $300 and they have 2.7's to 3.0's proccessors. if u have less that 2.0, u should really just buy a new pc. And the ram matters as well. But ur motherboard can only hold so much memory. with a 1.4 or slower proccessor, ur MoBo can prolly only hold less than a gig. with those Apps running, just upgrade ur whole pc. even todays cheapest Pc's will run better than what u have. get a least a 2.7 with 1 gig of memory. or get a better pc than that if u have the $ and arent afraid to spend it.
