Communication is probably the area that needs the most work when a person lacks confidence. Just being able to express ourselves honestly and genuinely is important so that others know who we are, what we value, etc. If a person lacks confidence, how will he/she speak up when an acquaintance makes racist remarks or blames God for a senseless tragedy or offers one more drink? Communicating openly without being overbearing or too timid is definitely a technique worth mastering!

Mine would be to help people more than I already have. I have all my life helped others in the min hour or day of need. It hurt nothing at all to ask for help to master your desires.

I will learn the subject to the best of my ability. The more one learns the more confident one becomes. It becomes more enjoyable too as we learn more. I normally pray," help me God in my efforts." I surrender unto Him and do my work.Self confidence is the result of Self Effort + God`s Grace.
