My God! Yes! As a matter of fact, that just happened to me again.. I was doing so well, reversing my self destructive tendencies, being happier with myself, then I got thrown into a destructive relationship from the past with a 'best friend' and got right back lower than I had been before. Sometimes it's hard to keep hope but it helps to remember.. Awknowlege strengths and weaknesses, be consistent and ultimately you will persevere.. it may take you and me more times than most, but in the end, if we keep trying we will persevere. I saw that movie derailed during my stay at her house.. It made me think about my life at that moment.

Yes when someone else does something silly in work and you get ahead, then suddenly you fall into the same hole a few days later. Life's just like one big game of snakes and ladders! Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind!
