The Young Stars game starts around 7:30 ET, and the skills competition will follow that game.

It's on Versus in the US and CBC in Canada, and some streaming will also be available online:

Well according by the size and placement of the moon the game should take place at around 8:30 estrn time

Just wish NHL.com streamed the entire Skills, Youngsters, and All-Star Game. They won't though...because they want fans to pay to watch. If the NHL knew how many people they were going to loose because of not switching to NBC before the All-Star break...they wouldn't have to worry about anything.
