well i live in the u.s. and someone said our country is like a big bully in a lot of ways sometimes, and they are right, our government thinks our way is the only right way to do something!!!!!! we cant force democracy down everyones throats!!!! i dont really like communism but i understand it in some ways, i understand democracy too, i like socialism most of all it is a mix of the two!!!!

Where to start? Probably that Americans in general are ignorant about other cultures.
It's true in general in my experience. Although I don't think that most Americans are like that purposefully. It's a very large country, and there's only two other countries bordering us, and one of them is mostly English speaking. I think the way to remedy this would be to start in the public schools. Implement more curriculum about different countries and cultures. Have more contact with foreigners.
