If you are going to have a common type name like Stephen, then the other child should have a common type name also. The other name when I said it, sounded like a dirty word, and that child will be picked on unmercilesly in school. Think of the child, and how you would feel if you had a name like that growing up, while your twin had an easy name like Stephen.
Just think it through!!! Best of Luck to you and your new boys!

It is always cute for twins to have similar names in sound and/or spelling.
I an identical twin. I am so happy that My sister and I were not given similar names. I like the idea that if nothing else makes it but I am an individual.
Also if the names are too similar it is hard when calling to them.
They will already have the looking alike, dressing alike and sharing everything.
Now I like the name Stephen. I am not to fond of the name Queephin. When naming a child you should also consider anything that the name sounds like and how that may affect him with his peers.
When I saw this name I only thought of a female body release.
Congrats on the babies.

Stephen is an ok name but don't name the other one Queenphin or he'll get picked on and beat up. Try another name like Stephan and Tyler or something like that.

dude seriously, poor queephin! thats liek a vagina fart! he's gonna get made so much fun of! hes gonna resent stephen for having a normal name, and hate you! the names don't have to rhyme, and stephens fine, but for the love of god, start over on the next baby!

Dont do the Q one!! Stephen is ordinary but he can live with it. Q will really be sad when he realises Stephen struck it lucky.

Of course you know that Queephin is not a great choice.
Also, you might want to reconsider the Stephen.
I have a son named Steven. He is always being asked if he spells it with a "ph" or a "v". Or do you want is with the "v" sound or the "f" sound like the Greeks?

Stephen is cool but Queephin really isn't. I assume it's your wife's last name. Why not shorten it to just Q? And one baby can be Stephen Q. lastname. The other baby can be Addison Q. lastname.

Aw...!that is lovable that you're having twin women. i appreciate Kelsee and the spelling (my call: Kelsei) and Mckinsee is very attractive as well. i like the way you further both e's for both between the names. they seem tremendous jointly or perhaps rythme. i might want to surely bypass for it. keep in innovations , in case you want them that's all that truly concerns. =]
