I saw a program on TV once that addressed this. The Dr. said that it is actually more painful for women to be aroused and not achieve orgasm afterward then it is for men. The real trouble is we live in a male dominated society, so of course they think it could not happen to us. I have actually expierenced this before. Get all worked up and then nothing. The pain comes from excess blood flow in the gentital region and not achieving orgasm. After my expierence I wouldn not do anything unless I knew I was going to be satisfied 100%.
The listed websites should cure any ones doubt that this happens to BOTH men and women. Happy reading! Hope this helps.

Hello,
I'm no doctor here but I don't believe this is right information.
But what he may mean is girls can get extreme pain on the ovaries. (As I have had a time or too)
The only reason for my were cyst on the ovaries. Tiny or big size THEY ARE PAINFUL. Some ladies is a very common thing, eventually the burst, if not they can't them removed.
Another reason may be the lady is going to be starting her mensuration.
But never ever have I heard of a lady getting Blue Balls.

Hey maybe trans-gender? (If this is possible)

After prolonged sexual arousal if the arousal is stopped suddenly I think anyone male or female will feel some kind of ugh feeling. The body has been building and preparing for sex so when you stop it can sometimes be uncomfortable. I don't thin it gets so bad that you cannot walk, and I would say it is worse for guys than girls.

I don't know about 'an aching pain that they can't walk' It's true after prolonged sexual arousal, women can get 'pelvic congestion' and it's really uncomfortable. It's relieved (obviously) by orgasm...

Your only pain will come if someone punches you in the ovaries or clit.
