I believe he is respected in the same manner, Tupac music was more politically while Biggie was one of those artist that made it out of the projects and gave back to his community. His music was entertaining, and talked about what he knew. Tupac on the other hand could have been a politician. He talked about a lot of things rappers today don't address.

people already put him in that rank although I do not agree with it. BIG only got as famous as he did because he was the only East Coast rapper at the time putting any music out, and of course his feud with Pac
nobody has influenced the hip hop industry as much as Pac has and most will tell you that he is the best of all time

Yes and they are the only 2 rappers who I have any respect for. While I respect DRE's beats, those two are the only two who seemed to rhyme from their hearts and not for the money like the current flock of crap we hear today. Other OK rappers come from Tribe Called Quest, Wu Tang, and a few others like Eminem and Nas but overall, Rap has really lost its way with its focus being on wasting money and not on the hard life these people grew up with.

2pac is WAAAAAAYYYYY overrated. Biggie is way better than pac anyday. In fact there are so many MCs that would school 2 Pac

No. Although Biggie was an excellent rapper, his messege wasn't as 'real' or as 'defined' as Tupacs. I don't think that there ever has been or ever will be another Tupac Shukar. R.I.P.

Bigge was a better Rapper - Pac was a better writer - Kinda hard to Put those two talents against each other

Tupac was a way better rapper and writter then biggie..Biggie can't touch tupac.
