My mother found this in a pocket, it supposedly has some type of pagan symbolism in it, and a inscription in the back.
I'm very curious about it.

Hmm. Interesting. Not ringing any bells, though.
The inscription on the back, though not recognizable, looks more like a maker's mark than anything else - but it's rather stylized, as opposed to just someone's name.

I don't think it's Wiccan or Pagan, though I could be wrong. My first instinct would be that it may be Incan or Mayan, some sort of tribal markings.

Looks like it could be a modern highly stylized version Thor's hammer. Then again, I could very well be wrong. I'd suggest having it appraised.

I would take it to a historian or an appraisor if you are that curious. They would be able to tell you when it was done, and hopefully what it means.
