well let`s see.you might want to call me crazy, but yes i think they build it but with help from a more advanced civilization not from this earth.i belief that we can`t be the only civilized planet, but others don`t believe in this.that comes to show, that human nature is to be coincided.there is still so much to learn about the universe and it`s inhabitants.i don`t remember where it is located ,but there are actual drawing from a very long time ago that depict the inside of a cockpit like inside our space exploratory vessels.this was drawn thousands of years ago.

The Egyptians certainly did have the tools, manpower, and technology to build the pyramids. Archaeological evidence makes a pretty good case that they did build them, with what was probably a very, very large labor force.
Same for the Inca, even if Machu Pichu is extraordinarily impressive.
More importantly, there isn't any great evidence that anyone else built these structures.

You have asked a fascinating question. Yes I believe the Egyptians built the pyramids. BUT, the study of mega-lithic engineering is an interesting one. Societies around the globe have constructed large structures in stone, seemingly without the technology to do so.I believe that human ingenuity and determination trump technological deficiencies.

First, it's Egyptians, not egipcians, second, they did have the tools, technology and the man power. They didn't use slaves, they used skilled engineers and hired workers to do it. There have been numerous specials done on the Discovery Channel and the like on this.

Certainly, some of the work -- carving out huge stones of the hardest type (e.g. granite), polishing it, inscribing it -- needed a knowledge of technology that even today cannot be completely matched.
The simplest and most credible explanation is that the ancient Egyptians had a level of knowledge of mechanical engineering, etc. of a very high level, details of which have been lost during the ages since the times of the Ancient Egyptians.
They certainly had the manpower available.

The pyramids were built by albino like aliens probably from Neptune. They evolved down after interbreeding with primitive man. So they could not get off earth. They built the pyramids as a signal in hopes of someday being picked up and returned to Neptune.
They had anti gravity machines called levers, hoists, pulleys, slides, winches. They built the pyramids and laid the foundation of the mechanical world we live in. The machinery was designed from Neptunian intelligence.

What are egipcians? Do you mean Egyptians? If so, maybe you'd best take a remedial spelling class and not worry about the pyramids.

With enough time, manpower, and materials, there is practically no limit to what man can accomplish.
