I didn't think that was fair, to be honest, especially since Tara Connor, Miss USA, was allowed to keep her title for doing something illegal (underage drinking!). Miss Rees's photos, while in serious poor taste, were taken before she became Miss Nevada, so I don't see how they are relevant to her title. And, obviously, they weren't professional shots or anything. She was just a drunk chick doing dumb sh*t!! Just goes to show, though - watch out what you are being photographed doing! It will come back to haunt (and humiliate) you later.

She already lost her title-although the Miss America chick got to keep hers for stuff she was doing recently-not when she was 17 like Miss Nevada.
