There pretty much all Over. There is no east side or West side, Crips & Bloods are both, mostly bloods are in Inglewood, (Westside) and some parts of Compton, I was raised with Hoovers (Crips) in South Central but pretty much wherever you go you, Its by far more Crips than Bloods in LA, but Crips tend to go at it with each other and bloods are you cool with each other.

There are crip gangs on the east side (e.g. Grape Street Crips) and the west side (e.g. Rollin' 60's). The same with blood gangs. Your friend was just making reference to one of the crip gangs on the west side. Hope that helps.

Maybe the most truthful (accurate) answer might be to contact someone in the F.B.I. anti-gang division. The FBI publishes crime statistics at least once a year, and I think maybe four times a year (quarterly). So you may wish to look for this either in the reference section of your library, or by internet.
By the way, are you by any chance affiliated with a gang? I mean to say, do you belong to a gang? Why or why not? Would you care to share with some of us what it is like? I hear and see things about gangs on TV.. They are cowardly and ignorant..
My take on it is, If they want to go around shooting, then gather them all up and send them to Iraq. Not only will they fulfill their dream of killing, but they can get an education at the same time....

The bloods are stronger when it comes to numbers.But when it comes to the crips, when they make a point they make it known,their members are much more authentic when it comes to gangs,and much more fierce.

I think they both originated on the West Coast. None are stronger and both are filled with boys and girls who are LOST and helping to raise generation after generation of LOST people.
