I don't think so. I think a lot of other head coaches and ranking assistants from many teams go so that they can hang out in Hawaii too. I am pretty sure when Cowher coached there were other head coaches on his one game staff. Its not a real game, no one is going full out and risk injury so it doesn't really matter. I doubt that any of these players would listen to anyone coach them anyhow.

Yes, everyone goes. They don't do an "all-star coaches" system.
