I have had three children. My youngest is 14 months old. Ever since i have had him it has been painful for me to have sex. I also don't ever have an orgasm unless i am on top. (that can get tiring) . But i also have pains in my stomach sometimes for days after and i sometimes have spotting. What could be wrong?

And yes, i know i need to see a doctor.

it sounds like an std. Or PID (pelvic inflammatory disease)? maybe you should have a talk with your hubbie.

You may have cervisitis (inflammation of the cervic's) or it could be the position your end that your bumping the cervic's a little to much causing some bruising which will cause pain and even bleeding. By saying you can only have an orgasm when your on top is telling me, he is able to hit the right spot in that position. So, experiment with different positions and fore-play to achieve that orgasm.

Firstly, I think you should visit your gynocologist to ask about the pain. That's noting to play with or wait to see what happens. You don't want to cause other issues.

As far as being on top to have an orgasm, count yourself lucky. I think there are lots of women that would gladly have that problem. I can't even do that. And that's very frustrating for me.

These are symptoms of endometriosis. Here is some info on it. Although it sounds like you alrteady know what to do, I would strongly urge you to go to the doctor and get it checked out. Even if it isn't something as serious as that chances are it will get worse the longer you wait.

You may have torn during the birth or been given an episiotomy and it did not heal correctly. You probably need surgery to correct the path of your vaginal canal.
