We sold our quad (banshee) but can't find the title. How do we replace this ttile and have it sent to new owner instead of us? Will live in PA.

They will have to go to the dept. of motor vehicles and file for a lost title if it even had a title to begin with.

You will have to apply for a replacement title. It's not a big deal. That kind of thing happens all the time. Then you can sign it over to the new owners. Shortly after that, you will find the old title and be mad at yourself for losing it. Only the most recently issued title is valid so you can throw the old one away if you do find it.

I don't know about PA, I live in California. Out here I would use the registration to get a new pink slip. Fill out the papers from DMV to sell the Banshee and include the address and name to the new owners and the purchase price to the new owners.

Go to your local Department of Motor Vehicles and get a replacement.
