Hi! I've been ttc for a year and a half now! Its been a LONG year and half.......!! Anyways.....I did all that charting stuff and cm stuff and I used pre-seed lubricant and used ovulation calculators and none of that worked for me! I finally just figured out that I was driving myself crazy with all of that and stress is not a good thing when your ttc! Also....after putting that much effort in to it and getting negative results....it hurt to bad! Sooo....I stopped doing that stuff! I just figured....whats meant to be will always find a way!! By all means......if your not ready to give up....dont!! That stuff works for some! Good Luck!

Hi, I am checking my CM, charting temps on fertilityfriend.com (love the site), and using a Clear Blue Fertility Monitor. I am 26, healthy, non-smoker, non-drinker and found out recently that even though I have had regular periods all my life I am not ovulating. We have been TTC 8 months now and I am on my 3rd cycle of Clomid. We may have to do other fertility treatments soon. I have found from different message boards there are so many young healthy women with fertility problems and I figured I better be as proactive about this as I can be.

I tried in the past for over 2.5 yrs charting cycles and CM.
Got pregnant with 1 child... when I wasn't trying.
Now I have been trying for 7 months doing the same, ut now I have been told I do not ovulate. So I am still waiting and trying and I have a Dr appt next week about this.

I started TTC in Sept & fell and was told NOT to try by my doctor's...I got the okay in Dec to start again but then it was the holiday's so I am officialy trying again. I havent started charting yet but I will. I am not going to be one of those ppl who is on web sites every day and upset when it doesn't happen the first month!
God has let it happen before (I misscarried) and god will let it happen again. Good luck to you!!!
BTW...I do use..yourdays.com
I like how it show's you everything and it is a good way to keep track of stuff (sex,cm,temp, preg test results...etc)

When I started reading the answers, I felt like an idiot. I actually tried for 9 years with no success. I have PCOS which has caused a train wreck with my female system. Good Luck to all those who are TTC.

I've been trying to get pregnant for two years now. I'm about to start this herb called vitex thats suppose to regulate you menstrual cycle and ovulation. I feel like this year is going to be my lucky year though! God willing, I hope it will be. Good Luck.

although we have only been trying for a month, I have started using an ovulation calander at yourdays.com so far it seems accurate. I plan to test (if I miss my period) in about two weeks. Best of Luck to You.
