In no way was I trying to say that African Americans are stupid.
This question was the big topic where I work. I was dismayed at the people that said he would be killed in less than a year, just wanted some other perspectives.
Don't assume I'm white just by my avatar!!!!!

That's like asking "how long do you think a caucasion President will last in office?" Just because he's african american, doesn't mean he's less smart than a white person. ANY african american would be smarter than Dubya at this point. It's just a difference in skin color, nothing else. There's absolutely no reason why we shouldn't consider different people for Presidency.
As a country, we need to grow up and stop believing we need to be run only by a white male in his 50's. Look at the past 6-7 years. Look at where it's gotten us. Many of our loved ones are over in Iraq risking their lives, because the "white male in his 50's" that some of us voted for, was a greedy bastard to begin wtih.

4, 8 years if they do even a little better than the current president. Not that a woman couldnt do a good job but, right now with the things were facing in the middle east and even with china and N. korea the US will look even weaker than we already do in the eyes of our enemies because of them think women are less than men and the will end up have more attacks on US soil. as for a african american, or hispanic american or any american aslong as there qualified, intelegent, have good leadership skills and able any american could make a good president regardless of skin color, religon or sex.

Ummm, 4 years, the normal term. If that President was really good, then maybe 2 terms, so 8 years.
