Over the weekend my girlfriend of 8 months ( who i adore ) was , apparently inadvertantly the most dissrespectful any one has ever been to me, I feel she did it in a spitefull manner however she swears blind she didn't. I love her so much but i feel she may have pushed it to far, how much of this sort of thing can any one take before enough is enough. Pls help. all advice is good

We teach people how to treat us by what we will and will not allow. You have to demand that people treat you with respect. If you don't set this standard for yourself. Than you allow people to walk all over you. How much do you care about yourself? If this is really your friend then she should know not to disrespect you.

If she disrespected you and fails to see how or why then you have to expalin in simple terms what she has done to offend you so much. No details to go into specifics but talking about what she did and getting her side of why she said/did what she did can help to bridge the gap.
Other than that if in doubt ditch her. Plenty more fish in the sea and all that.

Try talking to her and asking her WHY she did this to you. She should be respecting you. If you feel like she pushed to far then maybe it's time that you take a hard look at your relationship and decide if you want to be with someone who treats you like this. Good Luck

Dude, how in the heck can we answer unless you give us some idea of just what she did. What you interrept as disrespectful might be trivial to someone else. Also, what else has she done, or is one strike enough for you?

cut the ties now....if she's done it once, she'll do it again....dont let her treat you like that.....or turn the tables on her and treat her how she treats you...bet she won't like it...then tell that's how she made you feel, but nip it in the bud and find someone that is actually a nice person...she sounds like a right little snide
