Going on a trip in march and I've never been snowboarding in Utah. Consider myself "upper intermediate" skill level. Not quite ready for helicopter drops.

ok, if you like top of the line park that is huge go to The Canyons in park city, if you want to be cheap but still have fun go to Brighton, Snowbird is over rated but has some fun stuff. but The Canyons is the best park in utah to go to, so since you are doing a trip i would go to The Canyons, and they have a way nice hotel right at the bottom of the slopes, good luck!

Personally, I like Brighton the best. Its got a lot of runs, all different levels, and is fairly easy to get to, plus it has public transportation access and is also fairly close to Snowbird resort, too.

If you are not used to the altitude out here, though, make sure you prepare about a week before your trip by taking a baby aspirin every day, increasing your B vitamins, and drinking *LOTS* of water!! Otherwise, you will be too tired after your first day to enjoy the rest of your trip, and may even suffer some altitude sickness....

Hope this helps.

Snowbird is the best. However, Park City has an excellent snowboard park area. Brighton is OK, but most of their trails are much shorter with far less challenging terrain.

Park City has the best park and still wiked good riding, Brighton has an ok park but not as challenging or long, but overall good

so if u like park and riding i would deff do park city, park only i would still do park city, and for riding only probly solitude for conditions and lines but canyons has a ton of trails
