I think it's definitely appropriate and really thoughtful! Your boyfriend and his children will probably really appreciate it. :)

This is my suggestion. I've been with my b/f for 9 months. He has a daughter. She a nice girl and I like her allot to. I'm getting her something also small. Like a valentine card with those hearts candy that says something on it. She's 10 and that's what they are still into at that age and I thought is would be sweet if I would do the same thing just to show her she's my Valentine also.

This is just a suggestion, of course, but at school the kids bring home so much candy it is unreal, plus they have a Valentine's party and eat cupcakes, cake, and sugary drinks. I would by them a game and Valentine's Day cards, that you all could play together. There are quite a few that cost around $10 so would be about the same for a box of candy. Or you could rent a family movie and pop popcorn and valentines. Or you could get them a cute little pad and pencils, stickers, and valentines.

You know what Marylou? these kids are probably going thru enough drama in their life, thinking what made you better than their mom, I really suggest to just leave them alone, nothing you do or buy will change the fact that their mother and father are apart. Believe it or not they have psychological issues with their family being broken, so do yourself a favor and stay as far as you can from them! Thank You. Oh and sorry for being so harsh.

Why not? It is no different that giving a gift to the child of a friend. It is a special thing for kids to feel that someone close to them is thinking of them. I think it is a terrific idea!

Sure. Go for it. That's sweet of you to think of them, too. But, depending on how old\young they are, maybe you should think of a small stuffed toy, or something they can use everyday (hair ribbons?). Kids eat *way* too much candy these day, and if it's something that'll last more than just one day, everytime they use it they'll think of you.

each valentines day i make my boyfriend a basket of his prominent issues; sweet, snacks, beverages, dvds, books, clothing, video games, image human beings, random valentines stuff, and something he's been speaking about that he needs or needs. he loves it! also practice dinner him dinner/dessert or take him to his prominent position to eat.

it will be ok
do what i do. take a box of vallentine cards, address them to people you know and sign them a special friend or tell them they do a good job, but do not sign the cards with your name and then mail or post for delivery. Makes people wonder who their friend may be and keeps them alert.

That's really sweet and generous. They would love that! I would do it. Give them some candy and maybe a teddy w/a heart on it. Cute!
