You've pretty much done all you need to to get pregnant, so stop worrying about that.

don't smoke, drink, or use drugs, and don't be around people who do.

Talk to a counselor and decide together what you want to do--keep the baby, put it up for adoption, or have an abortion. If you're considering the last option, then you need to have a discussion with your doctor as well.

Well, you'll have a baby. You can keep it if you want, and if you are financially and emotionally stable, or if you don't, you can put it up for adoption because there are lots of loving parents who cannot have children of their own. If you're early on, you also have the option of abortion, which I don't think is fair...to kill a baby because you weren't careful enough when you had sex...but in the end, the way the laws work now, that is really up to you. I would recommend talking to your local health clinic about your options. Also, if ou intend on having the baby, start taking prenatal vitamins and eating healthily, because you'll always feel guilty if the baby is born with something wrong with it and you didn't take care of yourself like you should have during pregnancy. ok so you are not giving us a lot of info..are you 15 yrs old or 25 ? are you married or single? was this a surprise? Usually the first step would be to go to the doctor and they can start helping you out. If you are a young teen you may want to let your parents know and go to the doctor and decide if you are keeping the baby or if not set up to have the child adopted.. i don't know what is going on you did not give us a lot of info

Obviously you know your options, so the job to do now is decide which one you will take. Then you go from there sweetie. No reason to get upset or such, the best thing to do is stay calm and realize that if you continue with your pregnancy you will have to live your life for another human. So many people are desperate for a baby to adopt. If you decide not to keep the baby, please choose adoption over abortion! There is a life inside of you, a little child.

Many adoption agencies provide free counseling to help you decide whether you want to raise the baby on your own or adopt. They do not pressure you to give the baby up. If you do decide to adopt, then you can usually get adoptive parents to provide financial assistance with pregnancy related expenses.
