I loved watching Hacksaw in his prime, JYD when he was with Mid-South, the Von Erichs, and Dusty Rhodes.
My favorites matches were the tag team bouts between the Rock N' Roll Express and the Midnight Express. They had good matches, and Jimy Cornette's always talking about his momma was hilarious.
There are a few legitimately good wrestlers out there today, thankfully. Chris Benoit and Kurt Angle receive the most attention from that group, but watch William Regal and Dave Taylor, they are two of the best actual in-ring performers around. Their schtick is also a throwback to the good ol' days as well.

If only we could rewind time, I miss all of them man! And the events were wild! We saw an even t when I was young, in the Richfield Arena in Solon Ohio, and the people were just wild, I went to Invasion, and even though it was good, the crowd wasn't half of what it was when I went to the events earlier in time. When I went to RAW last July, it was even half that, a lot of dull moments, I would have to say the best part out of that whole show was Michaels playing off that between you and him, he thinks Triple H knows who the father is of Stephanies, lmao! That was great! But those times were great!

I definitely miss the old school wrestling. My favorite match would actually to hard to narrow down in those days b/c there were so many good feuds. I think that the entire Steamboat vs Flair feud of 1989 had some of the best matches the business has ever seen.

yeah i desire it could pass back to that yet todays followers wont enable it they only like it to pass back to the perspective era that ended careers or shorten it stone chilly suffered a neck harm on the hands of owen hart in the process the perspective era that shorten his occupation thats why he cant try against anymore on the very initiating of the perspective era shawn michaels suffered a back harm leaving him out of action for as much as 5 years owen hart suffered a tragic death whilst attempting to entertain the perspective era mick foley we could face it upon getting thrown off and interior the direction of the cellular and all the different stuff he did for attitude is gonna save him in soreness for something of his existence and we could no longer forget approximately Droz he have been given paralized from the neck down human beings dont understand what the perspective era has runined alot of solid wrestlers stone chilly and droz and owen hart could prob nevertheless be in that ring right this moment if it wasnt for what ensue interior the perspective era it became a large era and that i'm no longer able to in any respect say sick omit or like it again back and smash greater careers i perfer the eighty's by late ninety's and 2002 to 2004 whilst kurt perspective goldberg brock lesnar nevertheless around and that i think of the action became alot greater powerful then the perspective era that era brought about one death a number of occupation endings no longer purely that it killed wrestling cuz now no one needs the previous college wrestling anymore they want the chilly blooded attitude era like stuff to fulfill there thirst for blood thinking thinking that became real wrestling

Bret Hart vs. Mr. Perfect, Summerslam 1991.
"Bret, you may be excellent, but I'm PERFECT"
This was beautiful match for the IC Title, when the IC Title actually meant something.
